Carolyn Bird joined the Charles F. Bolden Group after retirement from the United States Marine Corps.
CB worked closely with General Bolden when he led 3d Marine Aircraft Wing, and was a fellow Captain with Ché Bolden.

Carolyn has over 29 years of progressive international experience leading and shaping high-performing cultures.

She is a human capital expert and adept resource leader who is especially skilled in translating and integrating operations, technology and human capital.

She has extensive experience connecting business operations, managing and administering multi-faceted, complex programs, and leading organizational development.

As a senior leader, she develops executable strategies and operations, solves complex problem sets, and solidifies strong employee relations.

As a Marine, she has commanded at several levels and taught at the graduate level. She retired as the J1, Director of the Human Capital for United States Strategic Command.
