Candy Huff is the Managing Director of Celsius, a consulting firm whose mission is to architect spaces that maximize the breadth and depth of human interaction to form authentic connections.

Celsius focuses on highly curated participatory experiences that evolve beyond traditional convening frameworks and optimize for non-obvious idea generation and dialogue. Before this, Candy served as a Director at East Rock Capital, a New York based hedge fund with $2Bn AUM.

Previously, Candy was the Director of Operations at Dialog, an off-the-record global community of multidisciplinary world and industry leaders founded by Auren Hoffman and Peter Thiel.

She began her career in academic administration at the University of Utah, where she holds a BS in Sociology.
